Hello!
Well, since I last blogged, I have been on the cruise that I won from the corporate offices of Noah's Ark Animal Workshop! It was awesome and I met some great new crew members! This was the first time away from my family for 5 days. And, I must admit, they survived without me. :) My son is growing up so fast. He said he missed me, but daddy/hubby did a great job! I must also admit, that I probably slept half of the trip away. I guess I didn't realize how tired I was. I guess the ship just kept rockin' me to sleep. So anyway, I am well rested and back at work full speed.
I just did a last minute party yesterday at the most beautiful house I have ever seen. The mom called yesterday morning to see if I was free. So, with a little rearranging of my schedule, I was able to do the workshop for 33 great kids. It was very fun; the kids were great; and the hostess mom was so nice.
I have one more workshop this weekend. In fact, I better close this off soon as I must go get in the shower.
In closing, we still have not officially started fall yet. It was 75 degrees yesterday. I actually did my workshop outside under a nice tent that the mom rented for me! I have 6 workshops before Thanksgiving- 2 birthday parties and 4 daycares. I will be ready to relax and eat some Turkey!
Off to "work"! Time to party!

News for Noah's Ark Workshop
Hello!
So October is only hours away. I love October. AND, as soon as it cools down here, I will love it even more. I'm tired of sweating!!!!!
So, business is going well! I have bookings galore and have some new people on my team recently! I was kinda' bummed because I didn't have any workshops this weekend. Turned out though, my sinus infection (yes, thank you ragweed) made a nasty little come back yesterday. I have been lying low and trying to do a workshop would have been tough.
Oh- so I am a TV star now!!! Well, I had my 10 minutes of stardom! I was on a morning show in San Antonio, Texas discussing the business with some of my great team members down there!!!! Be watching my website as I will be uploading a clip from the show soon! If I were a lot younger and a lot thinner, being a tv show host would definitely be something I would look into. Who knew?
Well, must get some info to a new recruit that just joined! Woo-hoo! Have a blessed week. Oh, and I did make the cruise!!!!! So, off to the Caribbean in November! I won the full cruise and air fare! Gotta' love it!
Ciao!

Tag- I'm it.
This is the “What was your favorite Birthday Party” meme started by Birthday Parties at Two Moms in A Blog
Think back to your own birthday parties as a kid or to ones that you’ve put on for your kids… what are your favorite highlights?
Favorite birthday party theme was: plain ole' sleepovers
Favorite activity: Staying up all night talking about everything!
What type of cake? Homemade chocolate cake with chocolate icing! The best!
Best Party favor: Water Balloons!
I’m tagging Annette
If you have been tagged, copy and paste all of this - from the image to the end of the instructions - into a blog post. Then, change the information to match your name and tag three other bloggers. Then come back here and post in the comments with the link to your post! Easy huh?

Happy Fall- well, kinda' Fall

It's here- the cooler weather (well, at least it isn't 100 degrees still), school is back in session, football season has started, and the stores have all their Halloween items outs. Actually, I've been in some stores, and they already have their Thanksgiving and Christmas items out! Yikes!
It is going to be a busy 5 months for me! I am officially starting homeschooling with my son. I have a schedule and hope to stick to it as close as possible.
Then, one of my team members is going to be on her local CBS station- on the morning show, and she has invited me to be on TV with her. So, I will have my first television appearance this month! Wonder if they can air brush you while you are on TV? Ha, ha. I am starting my big time diet tomorrow. Maybe I can lose a few pounds before the big day. AGH!!!
Then, I hope to also be on a cruise this Fall that I am sooooo close to winning from my company. Please feel free to make a purchase from my website- www.MakeYourOwnStuffedAnimal.com You can consider it the "send Regina on a cruise" pity purchase. :)
Then, this Winter, I am going to brave it for the first time ever- the Noah's Ark Workshop convention in January- in CHICAGO!!!!!!!!!!! What am I thinking?!?!?!? I hate cold weather. I don't even own a heavy coat.
AND, in between all of these Noah's Ark Workshop events, I will be taking a few family trips, as well. The joy of homeschooling is that we can do our lessons anywhere and use trips as another teaching method!!!!
Well, must get to bed. I plan on waking up to get a good hour's work in with Noah's Ark before my little one gets up.
Take care all!

It's been a great summer!

Hello!
As the summer season of workshops is winding down, I can't believe how fast the time has flown by. I guess it is true, time flies when you are having fun!
I am in the last of my busy season- I have 4 more August workshops! These last 3-4 weeks have been non-stop. My animal stock is running low- almost time to replenish!
Oh, I have my August Newsletter ready to go out. Here it is...
The Texas summer has returned. I hope this finds everyone staying as cool as possible. Preparing and packing for workshops this time of year tends to be a very sticky situation. I am sure my neighbors find me quite entertaining as I tend to pack my car around 10pm every night for the next days workshops!
Fall is just around the corner...
I know it is hard to imagine now, but Fall WILL be here before we know it. My company is, of course, ready for the Fall Festivals and Fairs with our newest cuddly friend- a brown and light orange fur ball called, "OctoBear"! The orange hat is optional. AND, we have a special price of just $12 per bear ($2 extra for the hat), for any bookings of at least 15 participants! Otherwise, the regular price is $15 per bear (still $2 extra for the hat).
So, if you need a special activity that involves children, you may want to consider adding this cute little furry friend to your festivities. Children of ALL ages truly enjoy this hands on activity of making your own new cuddly friend!
Gift Cards are Here, Gift Cards are Here!
Yes, they have arrived and I am so excited! The Noah's Ark Workshop $10 and $25 Gift Cards are now available to purchase off of my website- www.MakeYourOwnStuffedAnimal.com. You can have them shipped (for FREE) anywhere in the US. So, if you have that niece or nephew that you just don't know what to get them, here is a perfect gift choice. We have so many great furry friends and outfits for them to choose from!
New Catalogues
Attached to the new gift cards will be a 44 page mini-catalogue! In full color! All of our new animals will be featured, as well as, all of the clothing, accessories, purses, shoes, voice chips, shirts, etc... You get the picture. For the first 10 people that e-mail me and put "catalogue" in the subject line, I will mail you out our new 44 page mini-catalogue along with a $5 gift card. So, start e-mailing away- Animalstogo@aol.com!
Know of any good Fall Festivals?
The Fall is my time of year to set up booths at Fall Festivals. I am always looking for good, and not too expensive, Festivals and Fairs. So, are you on a PTA or PTO? Is your church hosting a Fall Festival? I would so appreciate any information about well attended Fall events.
Know anyone...
Interested in making some extra cash? With the holidays just around the corner, (wow-I've gone from the dog days of summer to Christmas all in one newsletter), who couldn't use some extra cash?
My company is offering a $29 joining fee. For $29 you, or someone you know, can become a Noah's Ark Workshop Crew Member and make some extra cash.
How does it work, you ask? Simple, you purchase your workshop animals/outfits at a discount (your discount is anywhere between 35% and 45% depending on how much you order) and then you sell your items for the retail price. OR, not interested in conducting workshops, then you can just send people to purchase items from your website (which you receive for FREE when you sign up as a Crew Member) and the corporate offices cut you a check once a month for 35% percent of your sales. You can even sign up your school and run your own event as a fundraiser. And, I am here to help you get started.
That is it for now. Must go get some rest- 2 workshops tomorrow and a big Girl Scout kick off on Saturday!
