Great Team building week!

Hello All!

I didn't conduct any Noah's Ark Animal Workshops nor Bella Bee Glamour Girl Workshops, but I did have 3 new people join my team!!! One on my first level, one on my second level, and one on my third level! All in all, I have 36 people in my 3 levels below me! My goal is 100 by the end of the year. AND, since we are on this topic, this is the last week of the special $29 joining fee. Please feel free to visit my website: www.MakeYourOwnStuffedAnimal.com if you would like more info. Also, if you haven't looked at my website lately (or at all), they were just redone this week. I REALLY like the changes. I like color and "pretty" looking sites, and I think mine has both. Just a little biased, I know. :)

On a personal note, I will be heading off to my parent's home for Easter. BUT, before I leave town, I have 5 workshops. 2 childcare centers, 2 Girl Scout workshops, and 1 birthday party. Yea! Nothing like being able to leave town with some money in hand. Wow, what would I do without the income from Noah's Ark? Gotta' love it. This job has truly enabled me (and my family, of course) to do the extra things.

I also had only one free weekend open in April, and I booked a birthday party workshop for that this week, as well. So, now my next free open weekend is May 5th. Yea! Oh, and in April I have a new ad coming out with a local birthday party website. I am excited to see how that ad pans out. I bought it for a year as it is a top site when I do searches for local birthday party entertainment! A sweet brother and sister team run it.

Well, I am home alone right now, so I think I am going to get off the computer and do some brain vege-ing (watch tv). I don't watch much tv as I think most of the shows are just horrid. But maybe I can find a chick-flick on. :)

Have a blessed rest of the weekend and a glorious week!

Ciao!

Noah's Ark Animal Workshop

Hello!
It's been a nice, relaxing week. I didn't have any workshops this week. It is Spring Break here and things were slow. I didn't even have that many phone calls. BUT, I do have 2 new team members on my first level, and 3 on my second level. Yea! We have a special joining fee (starter kit) for only $29, so that is helping with recruiting. You interested- check out my website for more info: www.MakeYourOwnStuffedAnimal.com
So, the most awesome thing this week was seeing the Patriot Guard Riders in action. I was on my way to the nursery when I saw hundreds upon hundreds upon hundreds of motorcyclists heading down the highway with police escorts. AND, the entire freeway was shutdown. I was on the phone with my dad who told me that they are a group of motorcyclists that attend soldiers funerals! Wow- I had goose bumps from head to toe. Anyway, if you care to learn more info, just google Patriot Guard Riders and their site will come up. I applaud them!
Back to work this week- I have one birthday party workshop on Saturday. Also, I just placed a large order to replenish my stock, so I will be checking in inventory. That is fun, though, as my son helps me count everything and put it all away. He is such a great helper. See, what other job can your 4 year old child help you with? Only Noah's Ark Animal Workshop!
Well, must go finish up some last minute house work before I have to start dinner. Here's to a great and blessed week!
Ciao!

PS The picture above is a Noah's Ark hot air balloon. Just thought it made for a nice, peaceful picture. It was at the Albuquerque Hot Air Balloon Fiesta this last year. Enjoy.

Noah's Ark Animal Workshop

Hi! Hope this finds everyone well! My son had a relapse of the crud-bug and I was still not 100%. BUT, all is better now and it was a great week for business. I had a great Farm-Day workshop for a child care center in Mineral Wells, Texas. It was a blast and the center went all out for the event. The children chose from "domestic" farm animals, so there were many cows, pigs, cats, dogs, horses, and bunnies that came to "life" this week. Then, it has been a non-stop weekend. I had a booth at a daycare convention (in which I booked several daycare workshops), a last minute birthday party for a sweet 4 year old on Saturday, and then a very fun birthday party for a precious 5 year old today. The little girl today was so sweet and the family was just so nice. The mom and dad (and brother) were so friendly. It sometimes makes me sad that I will not ever see some of my customers again because there are truly some of them that I know I would enjoy as friends in my life. AND, some of the little children are just so wonderful that I would love for them to be playmates with my son. Wow- what a "problem" to have!
This is Spring Break week for me. I actually do not have any Noah's Ark Animal Workshops or Bella Bee Glamour Girl Workshops this week. I do have, of course, things to do for my business here at home, but no actual workshops. I guess that means I have to do some Spring cleaning. I must also get to the lawn before the weeds take over.
Well, this time change is going to take a while to get used to- it is 12:40am. Yikes!!! Must get to bed. Hope everyone has a blessed week!
Ciao!

Texas Noah's Ark Animal Workshop

Hello! I hope this finds everyone well. It was inevitable- I did get quite sick this week. Made for a LONG week. I did have to hand off my Bella Bee party to one of my local team members. I'm so glad to have local members to lean on. I felt so bad not being able to do a party that I booked, but I was (and am still) quite sick. I wouldn't have been able to give 100%.
I did do 2 Noah's Ark Animal Workshops this week. One was for a local child care center. It was so fun and the children were so excited and sweet- and the center was so clean and inviting. AND the assistant director was just awesome! A big thank you to her for all her great help. They took pictures of all the kids with their new cuddly friends.
And, my other workshop was a birthday party for an adorable 10 year old! I know I say this every week, but all of the kids and parents are just awesome. Truly, what other job is there where everyone is so excited to have you arrive and you get to bring such fun and joy to kids lives?!?!? I am so blessed to have found this opportunity. And, I don't know if I have ever thanked my husband, as well. He is so great for taking on the job as main parent while I work on the weekends. But here again, unless I have 2 workshops back to back, I am not gone from home but just a few hours.
Also, there are 2 new crew members added to my team this week. Both on my 2nd level. One is local and attended both workshops with me this week. Thank you so much for all your help, Shannon! You were a blessing to me this week. I am so excited to see you get your business up and going! Oops, just remembered, I need to send you 2 forms.
Well, must get to bed as I didn't sleep all that well last night. The decongestant kept me awake most of the night and then my son woke up with gunk in his eyes. Yes, he has the "cold" in his eyes now. Not pretty. Very contagious. Good thing I am on antibiotics right now. Told you, LONG week.
This week is one daycare on Wednesday and one birthday party and one daycare conference. Plus, I hope to add some more members to my team!!! Wish me luck. AND, for any of you interested, we still have the $29 starter kit available until March 16th.
Ciao!

Noah's Ark Animal Workshop- great week of connections

Hello-
Wow- what a week. My husband was home all week with the flu, and my son was sick with the horrible junk going around at his pre-school. My poor baby had fever, his belly hurt (and he proved it- if you know what I mean), and he had snot coming out of everywhere (even his ears because he has tubes). As for me, I drank tons of straight cranberry and pomogranete juice (no sugar added stuff) and I am not sick! Yea!
So, after 5 long days, I was able to get back to business. I did have a birthday party Friday afternoon for the cutest little 4 year old girl. It was such a fun party- a few moms were there and just the kids. AND, the home was so beautiful. Brand new. I tell you, the side perk to this great job is that I get to see so many insides of beautiful homes. I just enjoy seeing how they are layed out and decorated.
Most of my Saturday was spent at a local daycare convention where I made LOTS of great connections! I truly enjoy the daycare conventions because everyone there is so nice. If you work with children all day, you are a special person!
Oh, but the most unique business "thing" this week was from a sweet lady that has only been married a week. She was looking for a unique gift to give her fiance, who had given her a special gift earlier in the day. So, she called me asking if she could buy the black bear in the super animal outfit, with a recordable voice chip. The super animal out has a large letter "N" on both the front of the outfit and the cape. She was going to make him a "Super Newlywed" bear. Awwwww. How sweet! So, I meet her in a parking lot near her place of employment and she created her gift in the parking lot of a movie theater.
This job creates the neatest opportunities. No pushing products on your friends. No trying to get everyone you know to host a party.
I'm hoping this week is back to normal- everyone is much better now! But, I will say this- the great thing about my job is that I can take off 5 days to get my "boys" feeling better and not have to worry about calling a boss or anything like that. AND, while they slept, I was able to still get work done here at my house.
With that being said, this week I have one daycare workshop on Friday and 2 birthday parties on Saturday- one for Noah's Ark Animal Workshop and one for Bella Bee Glamour Girls workshop.
Ciao!

Noah's Ark Animal Workshop at McDonalds!

Hi-
I did two workshops this week- one at a Preschool and one at a McDonald's for a sweet 4 year old's party. The Preschool was great- it was the day before Valentine's day and everyone was in a festive mood. Some of the children made a Valentine's Bear, while the others chose from our regular line of animals. The birthday party today was a new experience for me. I have done birthday parties at homes, churches, pizza parlors, hotel banquet halls, and parks- but never at a McDonalds. It was actually quite fun. The playland wasn't very crowded, so we almost had the entire playland to ourselves. Very sweet 4 year old girl. Great mom and family. The parents were all involved (the younger the kids, the more the parents help out) and everyone was having a great time building their new friends. The animal of the day was the pig! Girls just love PINK!
As for things going on with the company- we have a few new things. First, we are having a special joining sale of only $29!!!! See picture above! This is awesome for those people that can't quite afford $129! Second, I can't remember if I wrote about the new Noah Babies coming out! These are 8 inch dressed versions of some of our regular stock animals. Very cute. It is a bi-monthly club type of thing where you can cancel at any time. Sign ups have started now and the first Noah Baby will be mailed out in May. Of course, there is a contest for crew members to get people to sign up, sooooo, if you love to collect cute little items, please feel free to sign up off of my website. It is under "Collectibles". Sorry, sometimes the sales person in me just has to get her 2 cents worth in. :)
Well, this week is only one Noah's Ark workshop on Friday. Then, the following week is 3- one daycare and 2 birthday parties. I had better relax this week.
If I haven't said this before, if you are interested in knowing more about Noah's Ark Animal Workshop, please feel free to contact me.
Have a blessed Sunday!

Noah's Ark Animal Workshop

Hello!
Busy week with stuffed animal parties!!! I had 2 childcare center workshops and a birthday party workshop this week. All in all, 80 new furry friends came to life this week! Awww!
Each workshop was so awesome. Both childcare centers had very sweet kids and directors/assistant directors! The birthday party was for a super nice 6 year old and all her fun friends- 12 in all. It was a pajama party, so everyone was in their nice, comfy pajamas (or jamamas, as my son calls them). The mom was a super nice lady I had met at a mom's club a while back where I gave a little speil about Noah's Ark Animal Workshop.
Well, must go get my little one in bed. AND, I am tired, as well. Next workshop is Tuesday with another childcare center and then, of course, another birthday party on Saturday! Let's see how many new cuddly friends will be brought to life this week!
Nite!
